Who is this for?

The Flourishing Circle: Learn & Share is a welcoming space for leaders and organizations dedicated to mindfulness and inner development as the cornerstone of flourishing in the workplace—individually, as a team, and as an organization. Together, we co-create a safe, compassionate environment where we can explore, share, and grow—drawing strength from collective wisdom, group energy, and mutual support as we deepen our personal practices.

We warmly invite you to bring family and friends to join in the experience. There are no prerequisites, just your open-hearted presence. After each session, you’ll have the option to make a donation to support the facilitators and the admin team, though it is entirely voluntary.

For any questions, feel free to reach out at hello@flourishingcircle.org. We look forward to flourishing together!

Overview

This is a practical session to explore your strengths, deepen your mindfulness practice and connect with others.

Session focus topic: Politics of Being.

Dr. Legrand’s groundbreaking vision for politics is designed to support human flourishing and the collective shift in consciousness required to address our current global challenges. This vision stands on two pillars: wisdom and science. It acknowledges the inherent right of all living beings to flourish and offers a conceptual framework that integrates relevant claims and initiatives. This approach is both practical and actionable, with public policy recommendations across multiple sectors.

As Bani Dugal, Principal Representative of the Baha’i International Community at the United Nations, New York City, noted:

“Politics of Being addresses the critical question of how the spiritual and moral capacities of both individuals and communities can be brought to bear on the challenges facing humanity. My warmest congratulations and appreciation to Mr. Legrand.”

Dr. Legrand will share this new vision during our upcoming session and will host a space for Q&A and participant sharing. We invite you to submit your questions in advance by emailing us at hello@flourishingcircle.org with the subject line “Learn & Share October question”.
