Program Overview
Developed at Google, Search Inside Yourself utilizes a science-based approach combining neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness practices. The program provides practical tools that can be immediately applied in both life and work. It starts with a foundation in mindfulness and builds core emotional intelligence skills, leading to exceptional leadership capabilities.
Program Structure
SIY starts with a highly interactive live (online or in-person) training followed by a four-week online journey. It is highly interactive, including experiential exercises, dyads, group conversations, attention-training practices and writing activities.
