You’ll apply research-backed methods to develop sustainable wellbeing, health and performance in an active learning environment and process, including:
- Teachings on foundational character strengths practice, positive neuroplasticity and self-leadership

- Practicing guided somatic and breath-based mindfulness practices generating deep relaxation, happiness and inner peace

Program overview
This program brings together the latest science of mindfulness and character strengths into an active learning experience over 8 sessions. Underpinned by cutting-edge research and practical, creative Zen practice, this is a space of exploration, wellbeing and clarity.
Strengths to Flourish includes:
- 20 contact hours,
- Half-day integration retreat,
- Weekly resources and guided workbook exercises, and
- Post-course community gatherings to sustain your practice.
The roots of Strengths to Flourish
Strengths to Flourish is founded on the Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice program developed by Ryan M. Niemiec, PsyD, Chief Science and Education Officer of the VIA Institute on Character.
This ground-breaking program has been piloted in several countries since 2014 with proven positive evidence-based results, including strengthening all key flourishing components, leading to a more fulfilling and happy life: positive emotions and relationships, engagement, meaning and accomplishment.
Uniquely, this program has been shown to increase job satisfaction and task performance, and helps people to tap into their work-related strengths.
